	Technology & Management Services (TMS): TMS is a highly respected management consulting and professional services firm with over 200 employees. Founded in 1977, TMS is headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland, with offices in Washington D.C. and Arlington, Virginia. TMS provides analytical, management, and technical services primarily to the U.S. government. PEP and TMS are in a Mentor/Protégé program sanctioned by the Small Business Administration.
	3Fold Communications: 3Fold is a communications and marketing company with extensive experience working with the public and not for profit sectors. 3Fold provides PEP and our clients with strategic integrated marketing, brand management, marketing consulting, public relations and media, crisis communication, online branding and strategic outreach.
	Social Science Research Group (SSRG): SSRG is a research organization consisting of nine senior social scientists with extensive research experience in education, training, manpower, and related subject fields. SSRG provides PEP clients with the following services: surveys, evaluation, research methods, statistics, case studies, writing and editing, literature reviews and research synthesis. SSRG also offers advisory services in evaluation and critique of research designs, interpretation of scientific information, just-in-time instruction: design, methods, statistics, SPSS, and participation in oversight and advisory groups.
